Ordering and Payments
Please make sure your email address is correct and your mailbox is working properly, as all order confirmations are sent to that email address.
Any contracts or agreements formed between you and us by means of the web site shall be governed and construed according to English law and any disputes or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Please note in particular that:
- We can’t accept orders from anyone aged under 18.
- All products displayed on this web site are subject to availability.
- All prices are inclusive of UK VAT (but they do not include delivery charges. Please see our Delivery section.
- No statement on our web site shall be deemed to affect the statutory rights of a consumer.
- The customer is responsible for all applicable custom duties and taxes for orders shipped outside the EU.
- This will be a separate charge invoiced by the courier.
You can cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods (of course, we’d rather you didn’t, but you have a legal right to do this under something called the distance selling regulations).
Please return items to us as soon as possible if you are not happy or its a poor fit. We will refund your items as soon as we receive the items back.If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, please let us know why so we can try to make sure you’re not disappointed again.
If for any reason you need to exchange an unwanted item, simply contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will only offer you an exchange or refund providing that the goods are in perfect condition and have all their original labeling and packaging. We strongly advise all customers to check items thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached labels and before disposing of any original packaging. Only items received with all labels and no sign or wear will be refunded.
We don't offer free returns I'm afraid.
Delivery charges are always subject to change. We usually use Royal Mail either Next day or Signed for service but may change if the Royal Mail service becomes slow. We also use this service for International orders which are always sent tracked.
We are a small business, we do not pay for delivery or returns unless there is a current offer stating this. Should you return items to us we will refund the cost of the item but not the postage. If the item is faulty we will of course refund all expenses including delivery and return delivery.

The parcel and it''s contents are, however your responsibility until they reach us. We advise that you request a proof of postage from the post office when returning goods, as we cannot refund or exchange items that are damaged, lost or delayed during transit. Please note that if you are returning an item because it is unsuitable, the cost of returning it is at your expense.
Please note that returns or exchanges received outside the stated timescale of 30 days will not be accepted.
